This notice explains how Exellion handles the information you send through our contact sales form.
Information we collect
We collect the contact and business information you provide, including your name, work email, company, job title, property count, country, phone number and any optional message.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, understand your hotel operation and connect you with the appropriate Exellion hospitality team. We also use limited technical information to protect the form from misuse and duplicate submissions.
Who handles it
Authorised Exellion sales and support colleagues may handle your enquiry. The information may also pass through the email and customer relationship systems configured to deliver and manage the request. We do not use the contact form to sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries are scheduled for removal after 365 days, subject to any longer period that is required to resolve an enquiry, meet a legal obligation or establish and defend legal claims.
Your choices
You can ask the Exellion team handling your enquiry about the information we hold, request a correction or raise a privacy concern. Applicable law may give you additional rights, including deletion, restriction or objection.
